FIVE QUESTIONS WITH PHIL’S CATERING
1) What do you love the most about what you do?
I love to see an event come together from the first thought and idea to the event actually happening. The events are all so different, from simple to elaborate, every one is beautiful! I also love destination weddings that come to our amazing area!
2) Briefly describe your philosophy or approach to each wedding.
My staff and I really care for the couple and their families. We take time to really listen and follow through on their wishes, although we may make other suggestions along the way, it’s all in their best interest for their wedding to be as beautiful and memorable as they’ve imagined.
3) What inspires you?
Simple things: great food, great service, creative people working together, happy people and getting to spend another day on this beautiful Central Coast!
4) What do you love about working at The Grace Maralyn Estate?
It’s a gorgeous venue, wonderful for photos and great to work at. My staff loves the new pavers around 3 sides of the barn, makes for a much better work area.
5) Anything else you’d like potential clients to know about you?
Phil’s Catering is the oldest and largest catering company on the Central Coast. We have been catering here for 28 years! We love what we do and our staff is very dedicated and fun!
