FOUR QUESTIONS WITH PACIFIC HARVEST
1) What do you love the most about what you do?
We love working at a different place each week with a different menu. We love changing what we serve with the seasons & being inspired by what grows & is harvested around us, from the fields to the ocean. And we love being a part of people’s most important days!
2) Briefly describe your philosophy or approach to each wedding.
Each wedding is different, each couple is unique. Our catering menus reflect that. We also hire staff that love people so our client’s feel the love at their events.
3) What inspires you?
Nature, our daughters, Ava & Kayley, and enjoying fabulous meals that we did or did not prepare but that we enjoyed.
4) What do you love about working at The Grace Maralyn Estate?
It’s naturally beautiful and is setup perfectly for events. It’s not too big but not too small. We love that there is a designated area for the ceremony, cocktail hour & reception.
Why we love Pacific Harvest:
We love Dawn and her staff! They go above and beyond to give their clients the very best food and service possible. We can recall a wedding they did in the rain at The Grace Maralyn and unfortunately, the bride and groom didn’t have walls for their tent. To keep guests from getting wet, we found some tarps and a couple of Pacific Harvest’s staff actually helped us hang the tarps! We don’t know many caterers who would go out of their way for something like that, but Pacific Harvest puts their clients above egos, excuses, or convenience. Oh, and their food is to die for! You can’t go wrong with this amazing caterer!
