The Grace Maralyn Estate Includes:
- Two nights in the 3,000 square foot main house (additional nights are available). It sleeps up to 14 guests with towels and linens provided. Central heating and air, a fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities and free WiFi and cable TV are included to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
- Access to the barn from 4-8pm the evening before the wedding (perfect for rehearsal dinners!).
- Fully plumbed and stocked outdoor restrooms.
- A historic barn built in the late 1800’s with a stamped concrete floor (perfect for throwing down your best dance moves!).
- Outdoor vintage string lighting to illuminate the dining and bar/cocktail reception area.
- Photo Booth and props for three hours, customized with your event name.
- Tables and chairs for up to 200 guests.
- Parking for up to 70 vehicles.
- Outdoor BBQ for guests staying in the house.
- A full acre of meticulously manicured lawns and gardens.
- Day-of coordinator to get you and your loved ones down the aisle.
